Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the Youth Director / Pastor position at Vinewood Church. We are prayerfully seeking a leader who carries a deep love for Jesus, a genuine passion for students, and a heart for partnering with families to see the next generation grow in faith.

At Vinewood, youth ministry is not a silo—it is a vital part of our church’s discipleship pathway and outreach to our community. We are looking for someone who is deeply relational, mission-minded, and excited to invest in junior high and high school students both inside and outside the walls of the church. This role is ideal for a leader who values presence—showing up in students’ lives, engaging school campuses and events, and creating welcoming spaces where students and their families feel known, supported, and encouraged.

We believe effective youth ministry happens best in partnership with parents and caregivers. The Youth Director / Pastor will work closely with families, equipping and encouraging them as primary disciplers while fostering a ministry culture that is safe, Christ-centered, and outward-focused. A heart for outreach—helping students invite friends, serve others, and live out their faith in everyday life—is essential.

As Vinewood Church continues to grow, we also see strong potential for this position to expand in the future. For the right candidate, there is a meaningful opportunity for this role to evolve into a broader leadership position that includes a combined focus on youth, children, and family ministry. We are excited about the possibility of developing a cohesive, multi-generation ministry vision that supports families from early childhood through graduation and beyond.
